The gradual improvement continues.  I set up 6 showings this morning to show a clients some properties…while setting them up, 2 of the 6 had just gone undercontract  in the last 2 days.  This is a sure sign that properties are moving.  Telling my client that these 2 houses were already under contract definitely put [...]

I recently read an article from Homes.com/Realtor.com showing this years statistics so far and how pending home sales show a healthy gain nationwide.  Could results in a Spring surge this year!
