2009 had its challenges but comparing 2008 to 2009 we did see a steady increase in sales and a slight increase in median home price.

Here is a quick weekly update on what has sold, what’s under contract with a sale pending and what’s newly listed in Durango.
*** SOLD: 3 homes closed in the last week.
Sold Price:  $348,000. $390,000. $394,000.  2 where in town condo/town homes and the other was a single family home outside the “city limits”.
