A great article in the Durango Herald on Monday was headlined as;
“HOME VALUES SLIDE 10% in 2010″
Median home prices dropped more then 10 percent when compared to 2009. 
Statistics also showed that more homes sold in 2010 then sold in 2009 which is a good indicator of consumer confidence growing in Durango’s market.
