Claudia has expanded Blue Ribbon to a premier full-service brokerage for the Durango area. Claudia, a true professional, has been working real estate in Durango since 2002 and sold over $40 Million worth of property. She is licensed in both Colorado and New Mexico. She has a background in hospitality management, finance and venture capital, holds a Masters degree from Cornell University and genuinely enjoys working with the public in home sales. Claudia has worked on over 40 sales in the past year and gained experience in home sales, built green and solar homes, land and ranches and commercial deals. Claudia lives in Durango with her husband David and two children and enjoys the outdoors, biking, hiking, rafting, camping and snowboarding. Formerly of RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty in Manhattan Beach, CA, Don brings 35 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate. He specializes in the sales and leasing of both residential and commercial properties. As a trained chef and former restaurant owner, he brokers and consults for restaurant owners. He has held the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation for two years and has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal for being the Top Investment Broker in Los Angeles.He holds a BBA and MBA from George Washington University. He is a former Xerox executive and has managed real estate brokerage operations in the past. Ferris is active in charity work and animal rescue & adoptions.

Terry L. Sadler

Terry is a 35 year veteran of Durango area real estate, Terry owned and operated Western Realty, then RE/MAX Western Realty since he purchased the brokerage in 1981 until he sold the company in 2010. Terry was honored by RE/MAX International as both a Platinum Club member and a Hall of Fame Member. These recognitions are given to only the most successful brokers in the RE/MAX system. Over the course of his career, Terry has listed and sold hundreds of homes in La Plata County. He has been instrumental in bringing to Durango numerous commercial ventures including Durango Harley-Davidson and International Collectors Association (ICA) and Alpine Bank. Sadler was named one of the top ten business persons in Durango by the Durango Herald earlier in his career. He is currently active in all aspects of real estate brokerage including home sales, commercial real estate, farm and ranch and land sales. Stacy Engle

Stacy has lived in the Durango area all of her life. She has been in the Real Estate industry since 2001. She is licensed in Colorado and New Mexico and has several rental properties of her own, which in turn has made her very knowledgeable in the rental market. She managed a real estate office for four years and pays great attention to detail. In her free time, she spends it with her two daughters, Riley & Addison, and 3 dogs. Her hobbies include reading, jogging, & raising her children.

Kurt has owned and operated upholstery busineses in Durango for most of the last 30 years. In 2002 he became a professional Realtor and has helped many folks with their move to our area.
