Claudia Williams, Owner/Employing Broker/Ecobroker at Blue Ribbon Properties of Durango, has expanded Blue Ribbon to a premier full-service brokerage for the Durango area. Claudia, a true professional, has been working real estate in Durango since 2002 and sold over $40 Million worth of property. She is licensed in both Colorado and New Mexico. She has a background in hospitality management, finance and venture capital, holds a Masters degree from Cornell University and genuinely enjoys working with the public in home sales. Claudia has worked on over 40 sales in the past year and gained experience in home sales, built green and solar homes, land and ranches and commercial deals. Claudia lives in Durango with her husband David and two children and enjoys the outdoors, biking, hiking, rafting, camping and snowboarding. Shaheen Hangval, Associate Broker/Ecobroker, moved to Durango in the summer of 2002. Originally from Austin, Texas, she was drawn to Durango to live out the amazing outdoor adventures of mountain life. Shaheen attended the University of Texas at Austin majoring in Psychology, minor in Sociology. She is motivated, very outgoing and works hard to achieve her clients goals. In 2007 Shaheen received the ROOKIE OF THE YEAR award presented by the Durango Area Association of Realtors. Stacy Engle, Associate Broker, has lived in the Durango area all of her life. She has been in the Real Estate industry since 2001. She is licensed in Colorado and New Mexico and has several rental properties of her own, which in turn has made her very knowledgeable in the rental market. She managed a real estate office for four years and pays great attention to detail. In her free time, she spends it with her husband, Chris, two daughters, Riley & Addison, and 3 dogs.
