Market update 7-20-10

Whoa, who turned up the HEAT!?!?!

Yep, it’s that time of year.  This is the hottest time for Durango.  Not as hot as some humid areas closer to the equator but still in the 90′s.

Best way to cool off is to go take a dip in the nice, ice cold Animas river or grab a tube and take the town run!

Here is your weekly market update.

We are still seeing some movement but not as many showings and offers as we saw early this Spring.  It seems as though buyers, sellers and closings are coming in waves.

What has sold?
6 Homes have sold in Durango in the past week.  Homes were priced from $228k-$610k.

-Average list price was $406k     -Average sold price: $394k
-Average Days on market: 101
-Average sold price per square foot from these homes: $209.00
-4 homes were in town, the other 2 in rural Durango locations
