5/21/10 Durango Real Estate Market Update
Here’s the update for the past 10 days.
Sold:
There were 17 sales, price from $20,000 to $4,750,000. Here’s the link.
The average Days on Market was 290, there were several sales over a million which skewed the numbers a bit, here goes. Average sale price was 11.2% below asking.

Price Changes:
There were 117 properties with price change, here’s a link. Some of them substantial, like my listing at Dalton Ranch, on Horsethief Lane. It was reduce by almost $50,000 to $475,000 for a quick sale. This is over $100,000 below what these owner paid for the house less than 2 years ago.
New Listings In Durango and area, including Bayfield:
You can tell spring is here by the fact that there are loads of new listings to choose from. In the past 10 days we had 135 new listings, including land, priced from $35,000 for a lot in Forest Lakes to a $3.2 Million custom home in Tamarron.
