Our local newspaper, the Durango Herald, has two local real estate articles today. The forecast for 2010 Durango Real Estate and home sales is mixed, good on the one hand not so much on the other. Volume is up and prices are likely to go come down some, good for buyers. Home sales slowly find a balance and Brokers: 2010 home prices may decline.
On a more positive note, there’s also an article on Job Increases! Keep your faith, things will pick up again soon.
If you are in the market to buy this is a great time. If you find a house in April you can qualify for the $8000 first time home buyers credit or for the $6500 home buyer credit. Call today to see property. I’m listing a duplex on 32nd St today, $399,000, one side has 3 BR, one 2 BR, nice yard, fully remodeled, live in one side and rent out the other?
I’m also about to list a relocation home on the Golf Course in Dalton Ranch, as a discounted price, stay tuned.
