Coming into the holiday season, what’s new with the real estate market in Durango?

I feel as though the phones are not ringing as much as the last few weeks but we are still plenty busy and the deals from last month are still running towards the finish line and closing.  We expect it to slow down a little over the next month but typically it picks back up in January.

8 Homes have sold in the last week. 4 were in town, 4 in rural areas of Durango.

Currently there are 81 homes with sales pending, Prices range from $16,000 – $2.9 million.

The median price is $375,000.

43 of the homes are in town, the other 38 are in rural areas of Durango. These numbers have held pretty steady over the last couple months.
