Market Update Durango – 10-28-2009 – 3 Million $ homes sold this past week!
Things are picking up some. Durango remains very popular. There were actually three closing over $1M last week! Here’s a link to all closed deals in the last 10 days.
You will notice is that none of them are very far off the asking price. If you are looking for the screaming deals, it’s not that easy to find a seller in Durango to come way off their price… You’ll need to be flexible in what you take and be willing to write lots of offers. We can help with that.
