Searching for residential homes (not condo’s or mobiles) in Durango in town and rural, there are currently 529 active listings. There were 7 sales, priced from $247,000 to $620,000, click here to see the sold homes, and there are 49 homes pending a sale, click here for homes under contract to sell.
