The 3rd Quarter statistics are out, as expected, Durango is seeing a decline in sales price, though not as high as other areas. Sales are picking up a bit again, not so much in the statistics but definitely in the sales pending numbers, which is an excellent indicator for future sales. I expect the sales to be up over last year by the end of 2009 and the median price to be down by maybe 10-15%.
