Has the ski property market started moving again in Durango? Did it ever stop? Across the pond in France, the ski real estate market really ground to a halt in 2008, but so far in 2009 and seems to have re-ignited itself. I guess people who love skiing don’t want to miss out on the opportunity to buy their dream chalet, just because the economy is a bit shaky!
