I received an important email today from a fellow Realtor, informing me of an upcoming seminar to be held later this month, and I wanted to pass the info along to you! This is a great opportunity for first time home buyers to learn how to break into the Durango real estate market.
If you are a first time home buyer, you will not want to miss this seminar where you can educate yourself on the 2009 Obama $8,000 tax credit, and what it means for you. There will be two “Tax Credit Specialists” from a local tax firm and a lender from Bank of America Home Loans, ready to answer questions about today’s Durango real estate market and give away lots of valuable advice on how to be a successful first time home buyer and do it with minimal upfront costs to you.
