There was a great article in the Durango Herald the other day that reminded me what a great place we live in and how much Durango has to offer to so many different walks of life. It talks about several recent sales, the people who bought homes in Durango and why. Not surprisingly, Durango’s size, the friendliness of our Durangoans, jobs, and out door activities (or a combination of a few of those reasons!) rank high on the list of reasons why these folks chose to move to Durango.  Take a look at the article here, and remember that there really is something for everyone here in Durango. My clients, the DuPonts, are featured in this article (with a picture of their family on the front page of the Herald!), which is exciting! We helped them find their new home in October, 2008, and we’re happy to know them and have them in Durango!
